By providing financial tools and expertise, Xero aims to strengthen the game from grassroots to elite levels, embodying the principle that “Better numbers off the pitch, mean better numbers on it.”

Lewes FC
Renowned as the first club to pay their men’s and women’s teams equally, was a natural partner for Xero. We collaborated closely with the club, visiting onsite to identify opportunities and implement solutions that support its growth and operational success.
England Football & the Lionesses
Strengthening club finances is the foundation for developing facilities, supporting local communities, and encouraging more women to play. By improving the financial health of clubs, we create a sustainable pathway for the game to grow and ensure the Lionesses continue to thrive.
