Brief
Develop a brand identity for Nutricia’s “The Chefs Council,” a collective of chefs and individuals impacted by dysphagia, and create a high-quality cookbook to showcase their nutritious recipes. The branding and cookbook should reflect the initiative’s expertise, care, and culinary creativity, while providing a practical and engaging resource for the dysphagia community.
Idea
Since the final dishes are pureed, the visual focus of the cookbook was placed on the fresh, vibrant ingredients, highlighting their quality, nutritional value, and appeal. This approach emphasizes the health, taste, and care behind each recipe, allowing the dishes to be celebrated through the ingredients themselves.
Dysphagia meaning: A condition in which swallowing is either difficult or painful. Can commonly be caused by strokes.
